My POD 2.0 is around 3 years old. I use it with the big floorboard. Today during sound check it was fine, but during the performance the volume was much lower. I had to crank it waaaaaay up(8 vs 4). My acoustic was louder!

We took out the floorboard and no change. I tried plugging it into a different channel and turning it off and on and unplugging everything. Still no better. I get it home and put it thru headphones and it seems OK. Any ideas?
