Tele two single coil, 4 way switch, VanZandts with bidge bass plate.

neck pu W & B wired to switch
bridge W wired to switch black to pot
This sound fine, but the middle out of phase

reversed neck wires, everything is fine, middle sound great.. But but major noise in the neck pu

switched bridge wires bridge nasal

seems switching the neck wires is the way to go.. Tried grounding the neck with wire to bridge plate.. with no luck..

any suggestion?
