hello all

im looking for an attenuator for my 59 bassman reissue. how would i go about hooking it up my amp?

I "think" you put it between the amp, and the speaker.
Amp: Speaker Out to Attenuator In.
Attenuator Out to Speaker.

I'm sure there will be directions, with whatever unit you buy. Also, many people here use attenuators. So, when you have a specific model Attenuator, ask again. I'll bet someone here will know for sure.
Also, the orange tab that says "Find", will let you search through a lot of older threads about attenuator success, and failure stories.
Make sure to use it properly! You can fry your tranny.

yea i know that but the bassman does have ur standard 1/4 inch speaker cables

There are adapters, if needed. Tell Teddy, Mr. Weber, (or whoever you buy it from)what amp it's for. I'm sure they'll have anything you'll need to hook it up.
