Hi all,
I have an SIB FatDrive, great unit. However it has a noise problem, and the smfamps.com website suddenly requires a password. Why? I don't know. Does anyone have contact info for Rick Hamel, the designer of SIB products? I want to send this unit off to him for repair, or ask him what he might think the problem is. Thanks out there to anyone for their help!! Steve |
