The only modern band out there who consistently challenge the listener. Oasis tried the be the new Beatles, but Radiohead actually got there by trying to be themselves. They've single handedly made the old system of rock seem ridiculous and banal. I ain't jivin. If any of you old farts out there don't get it, just know that you've become your parents, who hated all the great, innovative bands you loved when you were a kid.

Radiohead is the awesome even though the last 2 albums have gotten more and more mellow comparied to "the bends" record but they are the only invoative band around

they have released "amnesiac" in Europe and I got most of the tracks off of napster.. This album seems to be a different turn as well, though not as drastic as Kid A, this one being devoid of much electronica. It is still better than 99% of contemporary music, however. I really like them because they are always forging new ground, instead of being reconstituted carbon copies of the latest flavor.
