There ar ecertainly a lot of great guitar players out there, and Blood is one of those guys that doesn't seem to get any credit around here (or any where, for that matter). I saw him opening for Captain Beefheart about 20 years ago and he just blew me away. Where did HE come from? Where did he go? I've managed to get a few of his CDs (most on import labels) but have no idea what sort of gear he uses/used. Any one out there have any idea (wah wah, fuzz, guitars, etc). A totally unique player with an amazing sound. Thanks!

He usually uses some type of hollow body ( I've seen him with a Byrdland and a 175 ) straight into a loud , clean Fender ? He's a NY avant garde guy from the Ornette school . And NO , he doesn't get nearly enough recognition .
