I think you posted it a long time ago. I'm glad you re-posted and linked though as I lost track of it years ago. It's great to have all that stuff on one page. Basically the history of 'early' modern jazz right there.

I have bookmarked the main part of that website that contains lessons on Christians style and fundamentals. I keep going back to it from time to time to learn and brush up on stuff. I find the idea of soloing over chord shapes a helpful approach to mix in with scalar/modal ideas.
