well...i sure remember liking the look of these guitars when they first came out. i'd like to buy a non-strat/LP guitar in this general price range, with these kinds of looks.

any thoughts? any other guitars worth a look ?

Check out the dearmond m-77t. I've got one and love it. It's getting better every time I play it as it breaks in. Very very resonant, set neck, awesome sustain, great pickups and range of tones when blending them. I've got one with the orange finish and it's gorgeous. Very solidly built, mine came with a pretty good setup, perfect binding on body and neck....Almost as good as a gretsch for only about $350.

There's nothing lovable about the evil confusatron.
